Legends like Michael Jordan still send roses to Jayson Tatum. Tatum disclosed that following significant victories, the six-time NBA champion frequently texts him to commend him on his efforts. But there was one time that MJ didn’t get in touch with the Boston Celtics player.Tatum claims that following his January 16th 51-point performance against the Jordan-owned Charlotte Hornets, Jordan did not text him.
“He’ll text me every once in a while when I have a big game, but he didn’t text me after that one.”
Jayson Tatum responded, “Maybe so,” when asked if Michael Jordan purposefully left him out of his message following his impressive performance against the Hornets. He saw, because I know he watches every Hornets game. It’s still kind of strange, even when he does text me after a particularly enjoyable game. Nothing seems real, not even when I read his name on my phone.”
One of the most well-known figures currently connected to Michael Jordan’s shoe company, the “Jordan Brand,” is Tatum. Other well-known players like Chris Paul, Bradley Beal, Russell Westbrook, Luka Doncic, and the former Chicago Bulls star are also signed to the Jordan Brand.
