It will come as no surprise to Boston Celtics fans that a major documentary on their beloved team is currently in production. In a recent interview with lead Celtics Governor Wyc Grousbeck on WEEI’s “Greg Hill” program, it was revealed that the team is developing a multi-episode movie, a la “The Last Dance,” that will examine the recent history of the illustrious franchise.
Grousbeck reports that as the Celtics get closer to their goal of winning the coveted Banner 18, the greatest NBA award, film crews are following the team this season in their behind-the-scenes lives.
