After retiring, Roger Federer was not tempted to return to tennis because “the mind doesn’t even go there.”

Following his retirement in 2022, Roger Federer has stated that he is still getting used to living without playing professional tennis. The 42-year-old Swiss tennis player, who was once ranked as the best player of all time, stated that he has no desire to play the sport again because of his knee issues, which keep him from even thinking about making a comeback.

After retiring, Roger Federer says he has no intention of playing tennis competitively again.
Notwithstanding the greatest efforts of Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, the other two members of the contemporary era’s “Big Three,” the Swiss legend is regarded by many as the best tennis player of all time.

Federer told ATP Media that he didn’t have any plans per se because he was constantly trying to return and then all of a sudden realized that was it in response to a question about life after retirement and how he had found it.I was like, “Okay, it’s over. What now?” at that point. It’s been good, to be honest; I feel like I have more control over my schedule now than I did before. Maybe it’s just the afterburn of recently retiring.
