As a star player deal Finalized today Arteta hopes for another this coming week

Over the past 12 months, Arsenal has made a concerted effort to lock down new long-term contracts with their key players; Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka are two examples of those who have committed their futures to the team.

Arsenal is still negotiating long-term deals with several of Mikel Arteta’s squad’s important players. Aaron Ramsdale, Gabriel Magalhaes, Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, and Martin Odegaard have all inked new contracts in the past 12 months.

Edu’s remarks after Odegaard’s contract extension indicated that the Arsenal manager is aware of the things he needs to keep doing to safeguard the team’s future. As stated by Arsenal’s official website, “To agree and complete a new contract with Martin is such great news for us all.”

“He is not only our captain but also a seasoned international player who brings us immense happiness and quality each time he plays for us. Since Martin is only 24 years old, we know that he has a lot more potential, and we are excited to work with him in the years to come.

We’re happy to have signed new long-term contracts with several of our most significant young players in recent months. Our goal is to retain our best players, and with Martin now included, we’ve achieved that,” Edu continued. While keeping Arteta’s core players in the senior team is still important, the Gunners need to concentrate on securing the futures of gifted youth players in the academy.

Fabrizio Romano has now disclosed that the North London group intends to speak with Amario Cozier-Duberry, a rising star. “Arsenal and Amario Cozier-Duberry are planning to talk over a new contract in the coming weeks,” Romano stated.

Next summer, his current contract will expire. Numerous teams from Europe and the Premier League are keeping an eye on his condition at the Emirates Stadium.”
