Filip Marschall, the goalkeeper for Aston Villa, has joined MK Dons.
Marschall signs a season-long loan to move to Villa Park.
“I’m really excited to be here; it’s a great Club and I’ve heard good things from players that have been here previously,” he said on the club’s website.
I play goalkeeping and prefer to utilize my feet a lot; I’ve always done this, even when I played for Gateshead and Aston Villa. I know that Mike (Williamson), Busty (Ian Watson), and Belly (Chris Bell) enjoy playing from the back as much as I do.
However, we also can’t ignore the fact that I’m here to be dependable and make saves. My goal is to bring everything together here.
I’ve been playing senior football for a while now, and I’m going to do everything in my power to support the squad by utilizing my skills and the experiences I’ve already obtained.
