The Sapphire Reserve Lounges, originally known as Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, are also being opened by Chase. These lounges are anticipated to compete with Capital One and AmEx Centurion lounges.

1. The process for entering a Chase Sapphire Reserve® lounge
Since its debut, the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card has given its holders free access to Priority Pass Select, which gives them access to more than 1,300 restaurants and airport lounges across the globe. Any lounge in the Priority Pass network is open to you and up to two guests.
In order to expand its services, Chase is constructing and running its own lounges for cardholders in collaboration with Airport Dimensions, a worldwide airport lounge operator. The Club refers to the airport lounges bearing the Sapphire trademark as the Chase Sapphire Lounge.
2. New York, Boston, and Hong Kong all have Chase Sapphire lounges, and there will be more soon.
The Club’s Chase Sapphire Lounge is now open in Hong Kong. Additionally, Chase owns a quasi-lounge at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport called Sapphire Terrace, which opened on March 20, 2023. Chase, however, describes it more as a “experience” with complimentary alcohol and a few light bites rather than a lounge.
In the spring of 2023, The Club’s first American Chase Sapphire Lounge opened up shop in Boston Logan International Airport, close to Gate 40. Open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., it’s located next to gate B40 and features a nursing room, fresh, seasonal food and drink options, and a wellness space with amenities that may be reserved.
There are now additional Sapphire lounges open at New York-JFK and New York-LaGuardia (see our evaluation of the large LaGuardia club). While we are aware of the sites of the upcoming lounges, we are unsure of their precise opening dates. The following airports are home to the initial round of Sapphire lounges:
Vegas, Nevada (LAS).
Philadelphia. (PHL).
Phoenix. (PHX).
San Diego (SAN).
3. The entrance procedure to a Chase Sapphire lounge
You and two guests can access the lounge for free if you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card, J.P. Morgan Reserve card, or The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card, and you’ve activated your free Priority Pass membership.
