FLASH NEWS: Decision has been taken on Rodrigo transfer to Liverpool

If Mo Salah decides to go for Saudi Arabia next year, LIVERPOOL is reportedly planning to recruit Real Madrid star Rodrygo.

The 22-year-old winger, who might be moving down Carlo Ancelotti’s priority list, is being watched closely by the Reds.

Al-Ittihad courted Salah for a whopping £170 million in the dying days of the summer transfer window, but the Reds quickly turned down the offer.

The paucity of time to find a replacement was one of the reasons Liverpool was hesitant to sell the Egyptian star.

Salah’s interest in joining the Reds in January should increase if he is amenable to moving to Saudi Arabia.

Fichajes claims that because Klopp has been searching for Salah’s replacement, and it appears that he has found him, he may be anticipating his departure.

The Brazilian sensation Rodrygo, who will be available for acquisition when he enters the final year of his Real Madrid deal next year, is a target for Klopp.

The problem is that, according to Todo Fichajes, Ancelotti’s team would want a high price and will consider proposals that are higher than £86.5 million.

a cost that is only half of what the Saudis have stated they are prepared to spend on Salah.

This occurs as Los Blancos are not ready to part with their star winger Vinicius Junior in anticipation of Kylian Mbappe’s arrival next season.

Rodrygo left Brazilian powerhouse Santos in 2019 to join the Bernabeu for a reported £40 million.

After winning the La Liga championship in his first season and astonishingly scoring a goal in his first game within a minute, he has since established himself as a vital member of the Madrid squad.

During his four years with the club, the superstar has amassed 171 games, 38 goals, and two La Liga titles, along with a Champions League and a Copa del Rey.

However, rumors state that he has had a “inconsistent” start to current La Liga season, with Ancelotti maybe favoring Brahim Diaz.

The Reds could use this as their opportunity to steal the Brazilian, who they have had their eye on since his time at Santos.
