His Valentine’s Day 2025 concert in the Coachella Valley is on hold, organizers said Tuesday.

INDIO, CA — In January 2024, pop-rock singer-songwriter Michael Bolton posted a message on his social media channels confirming he had undergone surgery to remove a brain tumor.

The medical intervention went well, according to Bolton’s update.

“Thanks to my incredible medical team, the surgery was a success. I am now recuperating at home and surrounded by the tremendous love and support of my family,” he wrote.

Bolton had to postpone his 2024 performances to focus on recovery.

Now, he has postponed his Valentine’s Day 2025 concert in Riverside County.

“Due to Michael Bolton’s process of continued recovery, his show at the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, will be postponed until further notice,” an Oct. 22 statement from the Indio-based venue read.

Further updates about the 71-year-old’s health were not provided.

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is advising ticket holders for the Valentine’s Day concert that they can either wait for a rescheduled Bolton show or request a refund.

“If you prefer a refund, please contact the Fantasy Springs Box Office via phone (800) 827-2946 or online at fantasyspringsresort.com/refund-request. All ticket refund requests must be made by Friday, Nov. 22, 2024,” the resort statement read.

Bolton has sold over 75 million records, recorded eight Top-10 albums and two number-one singles on the Billboard charts, and performed with dozens of musical legends. He’s also won six American Music Awards and two Grammy Awards.
