Is Kelly Olynyk a tradeable player for the Boston Celtics?

As the trade deadline draws near, the Boston Celtics must make decisions. Brad Stevens, the team’s president of basketball operations, recently addressed rumors that they would make moves to bolster their squad.

Big man Kelly Olynyk of the Utah Jazz, a former Celtic who is having a career-efficient season in Salt Lake City, is one name that has come up in trade discussions. Even though the Celtics are now confident in their center rotation, Olynyk’s contract is about to expire and he has indicated that he would like to return to Boston, which has sparked talk of a potential reunion with the team. Would it make sense for all sides to execute a trade in order to bring the Olynyk Klynyk back home, and what would it take for Boston to complete such a deal?

Bobby Manning and Josue Pavon of CLNS Media discuss the idea of the Celtics trade for the Gonzaga graduate in their most recent episode of “Garden Report.”
