Liverpool has been instructed to bring in two players who can “win them the Champions League.”

Two players that would make Liverpool contenders for the Champions League once more have been urged Jurgen Klopp to sign.

Jermaine Pennant, a former Liverpool winger, thinks Manu Kone and Khephren Thuram will help Jurgen Klopp’s team compete for the Champions League next year. Both midfielders were said to be moving to Anfield in the summer and are expected to do so in the near future.

Before the start of this season, Klopp oversaw a significant makeover of his midfield. After Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were freed from their contracts at the end of their terms, he permitted Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to leave.

Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai were brought in right away, and Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch were added later in the window. But Pennant thinks Liverpool still needs to put in more effort to be competitive for major awards.

Both 22-year-olds Kone of Borussia Monchengladbach and Thuram of Nice have established themselves as two of Europe’s rising midfield talents. Pennant is a strong supporter of both and thinks they would both step up to help the Reds win the Champions League for a record-tying seventh time.
