The Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray was fined $100,000 today for tossing multiple objects toward a referee during live play, according to a statement made by Executive Vice President and Head of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars.
Game 2 of the Nuggets’ conference semifinal playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves took place on May 6 at Ball Arena, where Murray’s actions occurred during a 106-80 loss.
