“We must sign him” Mikel Arteta revealed player to be joining Arsenal soon

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has committed to continue helping Kai Havertz find a home at the Emirates Stadium.

With Arteta resolved to help the German international finally realize the superstar potential he displayed earlier in his career, the Gunners acquired Havertz this summer at £65 million from rivals Chelsea.

However, Havertz hasn’t had much of an impact in his first nine games for Arsenal, and the 24-year-old, who has been converted to a midfielder, hasn’t started either of the team’s most recent two Premier League games.

Despite his sluggish start, Havertz has kept Arteta’s trust, and the boss has revealed his strategy for making the most of his costly experiment.

Arteta remarked, “Trying to help him as much as I can.” “Stand by him, give him the resources, self-assurance, and time to use his potential.

He is excelling in many different aspects of his game, but we know he needs to keep getting better. Give him encouragement, as you would any player, because you can tell that he puts effort into what he does every day. It’s on us to step up if they don’t perform.

He must move with the others. He’s spent three or four times as much time with those players in the left unit. We will need to continue doing it. We will undoubtedly have the same experience as we have with many other athletes. He will benefit from as much encouragement and support as we can give him.

Takehiro Tomiyasu, a defender who has been a key contributor off the bench over the past few weeks, is one player who does seem to be seeing a real improvement in form.

Arteta said of the Japan international, “I always said I’m really confident the moment Tomi has consistency, he’s going to be a tremendous asset for us.” “He is already.

“We don’t have a player like him. He can play in every backline position and in any backline configuration. In certain circumstances, [he] is possibly the best defender I’ve ever seen. His ideas, his rules, how he applies them, and how he approaches battles. He needs a run of games right now. He’s in excellent physical condition. We’ll have a player who is so crucial to us if Tomi is physically at his best.

His ability to defend and the way his body is constructed make him a very complete player. It’s quite challenging to go past him. Because of the way he was raised and taught, he is constantly awake and intensely concentrated. That’s a huge, huge trait for a defender.
