Adams caught the throw from rookie quarterback Aidan O’Connell, but he was unable to drag it in even though he got his hands on it. Adams remained on the ground and was brought, using his own strength, to the changing area for additional testing.
Not too long after the Raiders declared Adams’ status as doubtful.
With tight end Donald Parham doubtful to return due to a wrist ailment, the Chargers are also concerned about an injury to a skill player.
