The Florida State Seminoles (14-0) are one of just two unbeaten teams in the nation, having come off their first losing season in program history.
In the most recent Baseball America poll, which was published on Monday, Florida State is rated No. 21. But Tuesday night’s game between Florida State and No. 10 Florida (10-5) in Gainesville will be the real litmus test for how much the Seminoles have improved in the second season of the Link Jarrett era.
For Florida State, this is their best start since 2018. Also, it is tied for the fourth-best start in the history of the program.
