CHRISTEN HARPER was “on cloud nine” after taking a trip to Mexico to celebrate her engagement to NFL player Jared Goff. The 29-year-old model for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and her football player husband were off to a glamorous weekend at El Dorado Golf and Beach Club.

Following their June 16 announcement of engagement, Harper posted several pictures of the couple looking adorable.

 

In the 2016 NFL Draft, Goff, the quarterback for the Detroit Lions, was selected with the first overall choice.

 

And this week, in a stunning beachfront scene, he proposed to his three-year girlfriend Christen.

 

The moment was captioned “The best night of my life” as Harper announced the news to her 420k Instagram followers.

 

The two were in for more fun when Harper’s fellow models Elizabeth Turner and Katie Austin threw them a surprise party.

 

The two buddies had reserved a private jet expressly for the event, along with a few other close mates.

 

And in the opulent El Dorado complex, which is situated on the southernmost point of Baja California Sur, they celebrated the engagement in style.

 

Harper’s Christmas photos showed the couple going to the neighboring Acre resort for a classy meal.

Her pals joined her in the fun, sharing a hot tub and sipping cocktails under the sun.

 

“I’m still in awe after the most amazing weekend of my life,” Kristen wrote.

Goff, who was acquired in a stunning trade from the Rams in 2021, is getting ready for his second season as a Lion.

 

In a dismal season that saw the team finish 3-10-1, quarterback Jared Goff threw for 3,245 yards and 19 touchdowns.

On September 11, they take on the Philadelphia Eagles to kick off the 2022 season.
