Bayern Munich defeats Freiburg 3-0.
With a resounding victory over Freiburg, Bayern climbed up to third place in the rankings, level on points with Borussia Dortmund and two behind Stuttgart and Bayer Leverkusen. A double from Kinglsey Coman and Leroy Sané’s sixth goal of the season gave the Bavarians the victory.
The hosts are in first place in the rankings going into the international break thanks to a strong Leverkusen effort. The goals from Hofmann, Frimpong, and Boniface were the culmination of outstanding team plays, and B04 easily defeated Cologne in the process.
