After nearly ten years together, famed snooker champion Ronnie O’Sullivan and former Holby City actress Laila Rouass announced their breakup in February 2022. Fans were ecstatic when the actress later disclosed the latest status of their relationship in May 2022.
On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Laila, who played the notorious character of Amber Gates on the popular show Footballers’ Wives, shockingly revealed on Twitter that they had broken up.

Nevertheless, after weeks of rumors, Laila confirmed the couple was back together when she appeared on Loose Women on Friday, May 13, that same year.
She admitted to the panel that the couple had already been split up for eight months when she made the public revelation in February, but they were able to work things out and are now back together.
Laila even sent a cute picture to her Instagram on February 14, 2023, in observance of Valentine’s Day. ‘❤️ @ronnie,’ she said as the caption for a cute photo she shared of the couple looking adorable.
The heartwarming message delighted fans, who wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to you both x” and “My ALL time faves 💜.” (sic)
When Ronnie chatted with The Mirror in May 2023, he was gushing about Laila. He stated to the newspaper, “She’s fantastic. I cherish her. I enjoy spending time with her since she is wonderful company. She is a great help. I have to act appropriately. I know when to say, “Okay, you take it from here.”
